Refund policy

Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your WallMoss panels, we offer a transparent 30-day return policy.

1. 30-day return window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return and request a refund.

2. Eligibility criteria for returns

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must satisfy the following conditions:

• Preserved moss panels must be undamaged, unused, and free from improper exposure (such as direct water contact or prolonged sunlight exposure);
• Panels must be returned in their original protective packaging with all included inserts;
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation number or invoice) is required.

3. Return procedure

1. Email us at info@webstoreplus.ch with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our team will reply within 24 hours with return authorization and dispatch instructions.
3. Ship the securely packaged items to:

4. Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to defective merchandise or an error on our part.

5. Damaged or defective panels

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. In case of shipping damage or manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours at info@webstoreplus.ch with photographs of the items. We will provide an immediate free replacement or full refund.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned panels at our Bedano facility, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
