Shipping policy

All WallMoss orders are carefully prepared and shipped directly from our logistics facility in Bedano (Canton of Ticino, Switzerland).

1. Shipping destinations

We deliver throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. All prices displayed on our website are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include Swiss VAT: no customs duties or unexpected fees upon parcel arrival.

2. Shipping costs

• Free Shipping on all orders across Switzerland (unless promotional or express options are specified at checkout).

3. Processing and delivery times

• Order processing: orders are verified, packaged, and dispatched within 24-48 business hours after payment confirmation.
• Carrier transit time: standard delivery takes 2-4 business days via Swiss Post or trusted express carriers.

4. Order tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and tracking link to follow your delivery status in real time.

5. Protective packaging

Our 100% natural preserved lichen moss panels (30 × 30 cm) are packed in reinforced, custom-sized boxes to preserve their natural softness, texture, and vibrant color throughout transit.

6. Parcel inspection and transit damage

Upon delivery, please inspect the package before signing. In the rare event of visible exterior packaging or product damage:

1. Accept the delivery with reservations or take clear photographs of the box and affected panels;
2. Notify us within 48 hours of receipt at info@webstoreplus.ch with your order number;
3. We will immediately arrange a free replacement at our expense.
